Headache Attributed to Spontaneous Low Cerebrospinal Fluid Pressure after Pilates

Abstract
Headache attributed to spontaneous low cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure is a common cause of orthostatic headache. The headache worsens in upright position and is relieved by recumbent position. The diagnosis is confirmed by a specific cerebrospinal fluid pressure and images. We report a case of headache attributed to spontaneous low CSF pressure following a pilates.
